Lista provides tools to create wishlists, share them, and coordinate gift reservations. Features may change during beta. We may add, modify, or discontinue functionality with reasonable notice where practical.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use Lista. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to evade restrictions.
You retain ownership of content you upload or add. You grant Lista a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service. You may not post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or our community standards.
Lista helps guests reserve or mark items but does not process payments or guarantee purchases. Transactions occur directly with retailers. Reservation status depends on guest actions and product availability. Lista is not liable for duplicate gifts, out-of-stock items, or retailer fulfillment issues.
Product links on public wishlists may be converted to affiliate URLs so members can earn from qualifying purchases. Commission rates and eligibility are determined by retailer programs. Affiliate earnings, when offered, are subject to separate program terms and minimum payout thresholds.
Lista is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lista and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
